Rev Steven Breceda is an ordained minister with UPCI.
He and his wife Martha have served as pastor of NEW HOME CHURCH “The Pentecostals of Poarch” in Atmore, Alabama for 13 years. Atmore is located near the Poarch Band of Creek Indian Tribe.
Rev Breceda has served the Alabama District in various capacities and is currently the Multicultural Ministries Director for the District, as well as a District Presbyter on the Alabama District Board.
His wife Martha has complimented his ministry for the last 30+yrs. The Brecedas’ have 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 5 amazing grandchildren.
